Where we ship

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing & cutoff

  • Orders placed before 9:00 pm CEST ship the next business day.

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

Transit times (once shipped)

  • Standard delivery: 4–6 business days (Mon–Fri).

Total delivery time

  • Typically 5–8 business days (processing + transit).

Tracking

  • A tracking code is emailed to you at dispatch.

Shipping cost

  • Shipping costs $3.99 USD for all orders. 

Carriers

  • We use reputable national carriers (e.g., USPS/UPS). The exact carrier may vary by destination and service level.

Address changes

  • If you need to update your address, email support@elevanogo.com within 1 day of placing the order.

  • Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to change the address or reroute the package.

Delays & lost parcels

  • Weather, carrier capacity, and holidays can affect transit times.
