We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s exactly how returns and exchanges work.
Return window
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
Where returns are accepted
We currently accept returns from U.S. orders only.
Eligibility

Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, with original tags/packaging.

Returns that arrive used, damaged, or outside the window aren’t eligible.

No restocking fees.
How to start a return (required)

Email support@elevanogo.com with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll approve the request and email you a prepaid, printable carrier label (PDF) and step-by-step instructions.

Returns must be approved before you ship anything back.

The return shipping address is provided in the approval email. Do not ship to the business address below.

Return method & shipping cost

Return method: by mail using the prepaid label we email you.

Return shipping is free, Elevanogo pays for the label on eligible returns within the 30-day window.
Exchanges

Size not right? Email support@elevanogo.com and tell us if it’s too small or too large.

We’ll send a replacement at no cost (we cover shipping). To reduce emissions and keep things simple, you don’t need to send the original back, you may keep, donate, or gift it.

If the requested size/color is unavailable, we’ll offer alternatives or a refund.
Damaged or defective on arrival

Email support@elevanogo.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

We’ll replace the item free of charge (or refund if a replacement isn’t available).
Refunds

After your approved return arrives at our warehouse, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Original outbound shipping and protection fees are non-refundable.

Your bank/card provider may take an additional 3–10 business days to post the credit.

We’ll email you when your refund has been processed.
Lost parcels

If a parcel is lost in transit (and the address at checkout was correct), we’ll replace it.

Prefer a refund? We’ll wait 14 days to confirm non-delivery with the carrier, then process your refund.
Color disclaimer
We photograph products carefully, but screens vary. If you need help with color, material, or size before ordering, email us, happy to advise.
